Question : My Girl friend has had her period three times within a month and they all come with blood clot. Is it normal and what do you advice? Thank you.

Hello Sir thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is not a good thing and needs evaluation.
She needs to go for an ultrasound to see for endometrium and ovarian status.
And in case everything is normal then from the first day of her next periods start her on oral contraceptive pills which will regularise her periods and give her contraceptive benefits also.
She should take them for 3 months consecutively and then leave them for seeing the results.
