Brief Answer:
infection in oral cavity, gastroesophageal reflux disease

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query. As far as the bad taste in the mouth is concerned I have the following possibilities.
It can be because of any infection or pus discharge in the oral cavity.
The other possible cause can be gastroesophageal reflux disease, where you have chronic vomiting. The acidic contents in the vommitus can result in bitter taste.
Nothing to worry. You can consult an oral physician and a gastroenterologist and get it evaluated. Mean while you can do saline gargling. You might have to get your teeth cleaned.
I hope I have answered your query. If you have any queries reply me back. take care.
