What Causes Intermittent Claudication?
Question: i keep getting a surge of heat running up my inner thigh (right leg) what could this be?
Brief Answer:
Could be due to inflammation of veins in case of peripheral vascular diseas
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
What you describe could be due to a process called intermittent claudication which occurs in case of peripheral vascular diseases. An ultrasound Doppler study of arteries and veins of lower limb (affected side) would help in confirming the cause. The management will depend upon the findings.
You can upload the reports after getting them done. Based on that I would guide you further.
I would await your response.
