Brief Answer:
Discuss with your treating doctor on the change of antibiotics
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing back,
I have gone through the attached reports
As per the reports, your mother has been started on the most effective antibiotics to treat her symptoms. Since she is having an infective exacerbation of a chronic respiratory disease, it is mandatory that she should be on antibiotics.
If she is experiencing side effects like nausea, vomiting, chills, blood in urine or stools, fever, rash, I would suggest it best for you to discuss with your treating doctor about changing the class of antibiotics to a more suitable one. As from the culture and sensitive report, it shows that there a choice of antibiotics which are sensitive. So the choice could be done accordingly.
Hope this helps
Please feel free to discuss further or else kindly close and give your feedback.
Thanks and regards
