What Causes Intermittent Headache?

Question: I am facing severe headache for the past on week. Previosly I had this headache and a neurologist advised me to take Tryptomer 10 mg and Noprosyn 500 mg and I was fine after that. Can I take the asme medicine. Please advice

Is there any nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound?
Any fever, loss of consciousness, visual loss?
You can start tryptomer. Pain killer should not be taken regularly.
Take proper sleep, timely food and avoid excessive tea, coffee and chocolates.
