What Causes Intermittent Headaches Along With Vomiting And Chills?

default
Posted on Tue, 4 Apr 2017
Question: A week ago I had vomiting and chills all night. I thought it was food poisoning. There was also a bad headache. The next day it all went away, but another day and the chills came back every night, with intermittent headache- no vomiting. I know there's a flu going around...should I bother going to the doc? Still having slight chills even during the day, and have to rest most of the time.

Brief Answer:
Wait for another 48 hours

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for question.

Flu takes a week to resolve and may be more for 60+ agers. So just continue to take same tablets, more juices and water coupled with rest for another 48 hours.
If symptoms become severe or fresh ones like vomiting, fever set in please see a doctor.
