Detailed Answer:
Hi i am Dr Ahmed Aly
thanks for using HealthcareMagic site ,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns ..

In my opinion i think you may have a kind of mass or swelling in the back of your knees that could be vasculitis ( DVT or inflammation of you blood vessels ), cyst , mesnesceal tear that interferes with your knee range of movement of your knee joint .
For my patients i recommend MRI and Doppler U/S to exclude and diagnose the nature of your swelling .
For now avoid bending your knees for a long time , standing , obesity , heavy weighing , vigorous movements , bad sleeping or sitting postures and try to elevate your legs to avoid blood stasis .
Take NSAIDs painkillers like advil tabs 3 times after meals , wearing compression stockings , apply hot massages with topical gels of anti-inflammatory , take aspirin pills after breakfast once to increase blood prothrombin time and decrease the presence of any coagulation.
If pain and stiffness persist i recommend you follow up your results with your physician or send them to me for proper evaluation and management .

Please give some positive feedback if the information was helpful. Wish you good health,
