Brief Answer:
MRI would be better than CT.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com again.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

In view of our previous discussion, I would suggest you to go for a MRI brain instead of CT as that will be more helpful in your case.

Further, I would still suggest that anti-migraine medicines should be put on trial and observed for improvement in lightheadedness. These symptoms are common in Migraine.Trial of anti-migraine medicines will also be helpful for diagnosis.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
