This sounds more to be like irritable bowel syndrome, or IBS. This is caused by a serotonin imbalance in the bowel, and can cause alternating constipation and diarrhea, with associated pain. Treatment for this is symptomatic - Docusate/Senna/Miralax for constipation, Loperamide for diarrhea - and can also be treated with an SSRI such as Zoloft. Consider visiting a psychiatrist to prescribe the Zoloft.
