Brief Answer:
decreased vitD and increased uric acid levels

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com
This is Dr. Swarnava dattagupta answering your query.

I have gone through your query and reports thoroughly and understand your concern.
You have said that Xray and MRI has revealed nothing. However, it would have been helpful if you could show me the plates or reports to confirm. Also, you have mentioned some blood parameters. Among them, blood uric acid level is increased as well as blood vitD3 levels are decreased. Both of these can be causes of undiagnosed joint pain like ankle pain as in your case.
In such patients, I generally suggest the following-
Avoidance of prolonged walking and prolonged stress.
Ankle drill 3-4 times a day.
Local painkiller gel application if painful.
tab febuxostat for increased uric acid levels.
vit d3 supplements 60000 units per week for 8 weeks, then monthly for 4 months.

You can consult your treating or family doctor about the above and get these prescribed.
Consult me with reports or for any queries.

Hope i have answered your question.
If you have any further questions i will be happy to help.
Regards.
