Question: Pain in the neck behind ear lobe Pain is intermiten & by the bone on the neck. Seems to be occurring more frequently

The probable causes I can think of are:
Local muscle spasm.
Nerve compression.
Rare cause of cardiac origin being referred to the present site should be ruled out by EKG.
I would advise you to take an anti-inflammatory with painkiller property like Ibuprofen if it suits you
Better to be examined by a Doctor to get a clinical diagnosis to be supported by investigations if required and get additional prescription based medications as required.
