Dear Sir
Presence of left sided pain with radiation to left arm ,possibility of Ischemic Heart disease needs to be ruled out. Any left sided pain especially in arm not responding to medication or cause not attributable to any other cause it is important to get baseline cardiac work up.
I would suggest you to consult your physician for thorough clinical examination and further investigation. You could require EKG and stress EKG based on finding.
Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
