I would like to review your ultrasound reports for another professional opinion.

From the other hand, you should know that this kind of pain could be related to inflammation, pleuritis or musculoskeletal pain.

Is this pain triggered by respiratory or body movements?

I would recommend performing further tests to investigate for the possible causes:
- a chest x-ray study
- PCR, sedimentation rate
- complete blood count

Meanwhile I would recommend taking ibuprofen for the pain.
