Brief Answer:
Angioneurotic edema

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Read and understood your concerns.
The commonest reason I could think of is angioneurotic edema.
This is sort of an allergic reaction and the cause is usually difficult to find out.
The treatment is always empirical in the form of an antihistamine and oral steroids if required.
Nice to know that you have already been trying to find the reasons, it is the keen observation on your part that is going to help to find the cause.
We have a dictum in medical field:
Anything under the sun including the sun can cause allergic reaction, hence it is you alone who can find the reason.
Once found you will have to stop the allergens.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask further relevant queries if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
