Hello,
Thank you for the query.
Constant pain throughout body from inside could be a symptom of fatigue and may be associated with the neurological symptoms that you mentioned.
Food allergies though are common usually are not associated with these symptoms but predominantly abdominal symptoms like diarrhoea, abdominal pain, bloat, weight loss. But unfortunately it is very difficult to confirm this diagnosis and also to treat them as eradicating them from food is the only answer usually.
Bloating and poor digestion may suggest an sensitive intestine (irritable) rather than an food allergy.
Some tests are available for food intolerance including blood test, skin test but these tests are cumbersome unreliable and not usually advised.
Elimination of the culprit may help in diagnosing it but that to is difficult in practical approach but very few patients get symptom relief.
Worthwhile seeing a gastroenterologist to get some other basic tests like stool examination, thyroid function test and endoscopies and if required biopsies for disease like coeliac (gluten sensitivity).
In addition healthy lifestyle, regular eating habits, exercise, adequate sleep, plenty of water intake will help.
Hope this answers your query.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
Happy to help.
Sir

Hello
Thank you for the query.
1) Those antibiotics you take change the intestinal bacteria hence cause temporary relief of symptoms but it is not advisable to take them recurrently because of side effects.
2) Need not worry about that it is fairly common in many people, no issues if it is not yellow.
3) It is just sensitive gut which cause release of some chemical in gut (neurotransmitters) causing symptoms which can be taken care by some drugs which though belong to anti depressant group as in much lower dose than recommended for depression.
Hence it is recommended you take these pills for 6 months atleast to get optimal effects.
YOu can take probiotics available over the counter likely to help you.
Best wishes.
