What Causes Involuntary Muscle Twitching In The Arms Followed By Nausea?

Question: I am taking blood pressure emdications, and a depressant which is viibrid 40 mg. There may be no connection, but am inquiring about a health incident , and wondering if it might be linked to vibrid.
Over the past five or six months months I have had three brief (lasting two to three seconds maximum) incidents when I lie down at bed time where it is as if there is a loud internal noise somewhat like a clunking noise and a startled involuntary muscle response to neck andf head regions. Two nights ago, I experienced that sensation, and then immediately thereafter it continued into a deeper more encompassing involuntary muscle twitching of arms. I was aware of the jerking, but not completely ascertained as to other exact mental thoughts at that time, it was dark in the bedroom as I was going to bed, was lying down, felt as if there was a weight/force pushing me into the pillow. Duration maybe five seconds, no muscle weakness, or pain afterwards.
Extremely minor sense of nausea the following day, but drove from California to Idaho (thirteen hours) the next day with appetite, normal energy.
The above is the major event I am seeking thoughts about. First such memory of the minor characteristics described was early spring, today is August 21. The evening of the more alarming twitching/convulsions was the eighteenth. Only other health deviation is three incidents this summer was my eyes felt itchy, and after rubbing, there was eye pain. Discomfort was significant, itchiness so pronounded that the rubbing then seemed to irritate, make eyes sore, or was the soreness thats evere and the rubbing had nothing to do with the eyes.......seemed as if teh rubbing irritated, and added to the discomfort. Thgis is not mentioned as to seeking a response, merely added in case it anyways provide a link to the more important to me incident "clunking noise" somewhat similar to a computer program attempting to be clsoed and the action is not allowed as the computer freezes up.
My apprehension is a tumor. Until this incident on the eighteenth the other incidents were minor, non worsening, and more than two months in the past. I have an appointment with a nurse practicioner on the twenty-fourth, my doctor is on vacation, which was scheduled to inquire about vibrid as the depression at times seems as if it is going to return. Don't really want to mention this at that time as to effects it would have on commute, securing of life insurance, and cost if it could possibly be an isolated event.......not sure where I was on vacation if I took two pills that day.
You wrote "one possibility of complex partial seizure needs to be evaluated. What might that be?
Bone of the other events asked......headache,loss of consciousness. etc have been experienced. You wrote encouragingly, though I recognize it is not known at this time, "that no indication of brain tumor at rpesent and nothing seems to be of serious nature." Hopefully both are true of course, but if correct, what migh explain such an occurrences.
Thanks You.

Brief Answer:
Get investigated as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome back,

Complex partial seizure may present as transient abnormal sensation.
Loud noise, visual images, abnormal smell can be a manifestation.
You should get evaluated by a neurologist and get EEG and brain imaging preferably MRI as I've already explained in my previous reply.
As previously suggested that possibility of brain tumor is less likely as no features of raised intracranial pressure like headache, vomiting , loss of consciousness, motor weakness. The confirmation needs brain MRI.

Please let me know if there's any further queries.
