Question: Hello .. I took unwanted 72 on 24 march after having some physical activity on 23 march... My period was due on 4april but I got it early on 29 march ..this month again I got period on 24 that too lasted for only 3 days , although I m very regular on my periods .. But what is happening to me .. I m very worried

It is common to have deranged periods after emergency pill intake.
This pattern will normalise in a couple of months from now.
But still do a urine pregnancy test to be double sure (though definitely chances of pregnancy are almost nil).

Though there are negligible chances of pregnancy but in case you want to be double check on this and want a bHCG test you can go to the pathology clinic and get the test done only after taking prescription from a doctor.

I got b hcg test done on 28 April .. It came out as <1.2 .. I have not involved in any physical activity after 23 march .. Still there is any chance left for pregnancy ?
