What Causes Irregular Bleeding And Menstruation After Taking Emergency Contraceptives?

Question: I had a sex with my gf on 22 nov and she hold my p in her hand and after that by mistaken she touched her v with same hand, and she took unwanted 72 same day after a sex , and that week was her periods time, because she had already delayed her periods last month because of excessive use of pills and had her unexpected bleeding as I told u ago, and on 26 nov we get physical not intercourse but seduce and 28 nov she had a bleeding in a continous flow for 2 days,i.e 28,29 nov she had a bleeding but she confused whether she was in periods or unexpected bleeding due to pills because that time was her periods time , and on 29 evening she took another pills for safer side in already being in bleeding after that her bleeding stopped and on 2 dec we did next sex as a seduction but not intercourse and she ate one more pill on 3 dec as a safer side and on 11 dec she had a bleeding whole day and stopped next day and not yet continues, please suggest me what was that ? And is she safe from pregnancy , and when her periods will continue for the November one?please tell me accurate ans

Dear sir,welcome to healthcare magic.I understand your concern.
In my opinion the bleeding she got on 28 th and 29 th of November might be the period.

Bleeding only for 2 days and again bleeding on 11 th December might be due to the hormonal imbalance created by the repeated intake of unwanted pill.

This hormonal imbalance might show off for 1 or 2 cycles.But the 2 days bleeding might be period only.

seducing each other and touching the penis and then touching the vagina will not result in pregnancy.Only penetration of penis into vagina along with ejaculation of semen inside vagina will pose the risk for pregnancy.And 22 nd November and 2 nd December comes under safe period only.So dont worry.

I suggest you to practice protected intercourse with condom and doing sex in safe period,if you want to decrease the chances of pregnancy.

Safe period is that part of the cycle where in even with intercourse there is rare chance of pregnancy.And this period can be calculated in case of regular cycles.

For example if the expected period is on 22 nd December the unsafe period is 5 th to 11th of December.8 th is the ovulation date and 3 days on either side of it.Ovulation date is 14 days minus from 22.Because 14 th day ovulation occurs. Remaining days are safe period.

try to avoid too many hormonal pill intake as it will disturb the normal cycle by causing hormonal imbalance.

Dear sir,I got your query.
In my opinion as your friend had taken unwanted pill for three times irregularly and she had spotting in between at December 11 th sorry dear we cannot predict her periods now.As I told you before, the spotting might be due to hormonal imbalance.I suggest you to avoid excessive usage of hormonal pills as it will disturb the normal hormonal levels and disturb the cycle pattern making them irregular .Limit them to when there is really or actually needed.And follow condom or other natural methods like predicting safe or unsafe period.But unless her periods are regular we cant predict the safe and unsafe periods .So
be carefull till that time.

Is she safe from pregnancy? And bleeding which was occur on 28-29 was in continous flow and stopped when pill was taken on 29 evening after that bleeding stopped.. Bleeding didn't stopped by own that was stopped as taken a pill..

In my opinion, she is safe from pregnancy as the real intercourse with seminal ejaculation into vagina did not occur and also it was her safe period.
If you want to confirm, you can go for home urine pregnancy test which is to be done with first morning urine sample.
Usually bleeding at the time of menstruation occurs when estrogen and progesterone hormones decrease in the body. Unwanted pill is nothing but progesterone hormone. So when it is taken the bleeding stops even during the period. So the period bleeding stopped on taking the pill . Otherwise it might have gone for some more days.
