Brief Answer:
Every baby has own stool passing frequency

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Sir

Every baby has its own frequency of passing stools. Some babies pass motion daily and some pass once in every 2 to 3 days. If the following criteria are fulfilled then there is no cause for concern
1. Baby is exclusively breast feed
2. No distension of abdomen
3. No straining or excessive crying while passing stools
4. Stools are typical milk stools (yellow in color and with white particulate matter )

Do provide me the following additional information
1. Is the baby on exclusive breastfeeding?
2. How often does baby pass stools ?
3. Is there any redness or ulcer in the anal region

Awaiting your response

Take care
