What Causes Irregular Menstrual Cycle?
Question: Hi Doctor
Please help me with my un acceptable cycle change which never happened in my entire life
On 21st XXXXXXX I got my menstrual periods for 5days
Thank again I got them 0n 4th July...
The flow was normal
Is this cycle will be dangerous for my health....
What will be reason for this 14days cycles
Usually I have a cycle between 26 - 29 days and always prompt on time
Have delivered 1 child ... normal delivery

I can understand your concerns.
Menstrual cycle is regulated by hormonal levels and it can changed by some non pathological conditions like anxiety, stress, diet changes, weight changes and sleep pattern.
Some causes of irregular cycles are hormonal disturbances, PCOD, fibroid, thyroid disorder and infection.
In women life some or other day they may get disturbances in menstrual cycle and it is considered normal.
In your case as you are not having any symptoms and flow was normal, you should not take so much stress.
If it persist for 2-3 cycles than consult a Gynecologist and get yourself examined and rule out the above mentioned causes.
