2. Are you married or lactating? or recently stopped birth control pills?
3. any undue mental stress or overweight or underweight (since both affect menstrual cycle)

Dear
Thanks for reverting back.

1. Since after stopping lactation it takes around an year for the periods to get regular (get an opinion of gynecologist regarding the same)

2. Since you have complications arising out of PCOS thus in best interest it will be wise to have a direct (face to face) interaction with an experienced Ayurveda Physician locally (since one has to make sure whether both disease are independent of each other or due to cause & effect of another, till then

. Avoid: fast-processed-junk food, alcohol, milk/milk products, coffee, sedentary life styles.

3. Moderate exercise: 5 days a week
. Increase intake of essential fats (omega 3 fatty acids) and proteins and decrease use of carbohydrates, sugar, maintain adequate hydration
. Vitamin B6 is essential
. Practice Yoga (anuloma viloma) and Pranayam (Brahmari) XXXXXXX Namaskar, Naukasana (boat pose) to fight stress
. Chakki Chalanasana (moving the grinding wheel), and Padmasana are helpful to stimulate the endocrine gland and regulate the dysfunction of hormones.

. take more of phytoestrogens (shatavri, lentils, chickpea) and apple cider vinegar.

4. If interested to go with Alternative medicine do let me know so that I can tell you about result oriented medicines which you can discuss with your doctor.

Thanks for reverting back.

1. Since there is no alternative to hormones in any -pathy thus you should have continued with thyroxine since you were taking it for the last 4 years and it was not advisable to stop the medicines abruptly/suddenly(as you did) which have resulted in further problems and complications.

PS. I have noticed the reports in previous follow up and all are directed towards female reproductive system (i.e. to maintain and support female organs) and are not a substitute for the hormone thyroxine, even if you are doing good and feeling better on Homeopathic medicines my Advice would have been to gradually taper the dose and not stopping it.

2. It is not a matter of which field you are practicing,if you can guide a person/patient successfully into his/her treatment that is worth than not doing anything at all.

1. Since the signature are not visible do let me know whether it is signed by a pathologist or not?

2. It will be better to have the test done from laboratory whose value/significance is known to maximum physician(s) online like " Lal Path Lab".

3. As the values are normal but usually the test is conducted 4 months after the drug is stopped(due to long half life of thyroxine) so it will be better if you consult your attending physician.
