Stepwise treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns .
PCOS is a condition in which the ovulation is irregular or delayed, or sometimes no ovulation at all.
This is the cause for irregular periods and difficulty in conceiving.
Treatment for conception in PCOS patients should be done stepwise, the next step to be followed when the previous one fails:
1. Ovulation induction with drugs
2. Intrauterine insemination
3. In vitro fertilization ( IVF)
Moreover, weight loss and regular exercise help in conceiving in PCOS patients by improving the hormonal conditions in the body.

Wishing you good health.

Can you please advise, if step 1 refers to medication we have already taken and explain more about the step 2. Which hospital or Doctors you can recommend. Also if any side effect if you can mention.
Can you please also explain some exercise. Should she join a Gym or they can be done at home.
Thanks again.

Hi dear,
Please upload your prescription paper so that I can explain you what treatment she has taken.
Intrauterine insemination or IUI is a procedure in which the semen is introduced in uterine cavity by a catheter, to promote conception.
Weight loss should be done by regular aerobic exercises, jogging for at least30 minutes a day and eating low fat diet. Please tell the place you are residing so that I can suggest doctors and hospitals.
