What Causes Irregular Menstruation?
Question: My menstrual cycle is imbalanced. There is no fixed date and the flow is also not proper. Before my periods I usually have itching in my vagina.

I would suggest you to get an USG to see any uterine abnormality for your problem.
If everything is normal, then you will require OCP pills which can help to balance your cycle length. Do not worry about the side effects.
Most of the time these problems occur due to harmonal imbalance ( not necessarily Thyroid harmone imbalance). OCP can supplement and help to maintain balanced levels of Estrogen and Progesterone.
Itching before period is a normal phenomenon. It occurs due to decreased Estrogen level.
Your itching problem may also get cured after OCP.
