What Causes Irregular Vaginal Bleeding After Intake Of I-pill?

Question: I have irregular period problem for last 2 years. 4th aug i had sex with my bf. For safety major i took ipill at 6th aug eve. My period started from 15th aug, which is light and stayed till 18th. My gyno suggest me to take crina ncr 10 once a day. I have using it for 18th aug. My next period came at 12th sep and stayed till 16th. But from 22nd sep sudden heavy bleeding started with big clots. I took pause with crina but nothing works. The bleeding is really heavy with big clots but no pain. My doctor suggest crina 10 twice a day. I did my USG. I have ovarian cyst. My question is. My ovarian cyst is it ruptured? Or is it because i took ipill. Its not breakthrough bleeding. Please help. I am really worried. Do i have to change my medication. Do i have to take estrogen tablets to stop this sudden painless bleeding?Please help.

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
There is nothing much to worry as all this is because of Ipill and Crina intake.
Your hormones are disturbed and stoppage of Crina lead to bleeding but was less in amount due to history of ipill and ovarian cyst. And the full (excessive) flow you got on 22 sept was due to waning if effect of all medicines.
Now no need of any other medicine and just relax and wait for your next cycle.
Cyst rupture is not an issue

But with this heavy bleeding i feel lightheaded and flooded everywhere. Its really embarrassing cause i dont know when it will stopped. I have a plan to go XXXXXXX this Saturday. But i could i go my bleeding and clots is heavy. It takes only 15 minute to soaked a stay free ultra night pad. Please suggest me some medical help.

Hi. I got the report but cant upload here. I have bulky right overy. Vol 18 cc. 34mm×34mm×28. And left overy has a cyst with fine internal echoes. 30mm×28mm×26mm. Vol 12 cc.
Nature endometrioma.
My thyroid is.2.5 now.
From monday i stopped taking crina ncr, becoz of heavy bleeding i started to take brufen 400 once a day. What should i do now. Is there any medication can help me to get rid of ovarian cyst?
# uterus and urinary bladder are ok.

I understand your anxiety dear.
Take tablet norethisterone 10 mg three times a day till bleeding stops and then twice a day for 20 days.
It will surely help you and after this from next cycle you can start dienogest tablet which is very helpful in cyst regression in case of endometrosis and thus help in oeriod problem too.
Bith of these are prescription drugs so consult your gynecologist to write the same.
