What Causes Irregular Vaginal Spotting After Taking Plan-B?

Question: Hi i took the morning after pill two weeks ago, my period is due in 4 days. I spotted two days after taking the pill. For the past few days i feel noxious and i have pain in my lower abdomen. My belly is havily bloated i have to keep my buttons open most of the day. My boobs are quite sensitive too. Could this be a sign of pregnancy or side effects of the pills?
