What Causes Irresistible Urge To Ask Same Things Multiple Times?
Question: my brother asks same things for multiple times and never gets satisfied ,for example like if i entered his room at 1 pm then he will keep asking me that when did you come to my room,were your eyes closed or not while entering and will keep asking it a lot of time and will start begging to get the same answer which you have answered him 10-12 times.he will say that he did not ask the question correctly last time.what is it?can it be treated completely?also he has some mental illness regarding cleanliness.please answer .

he has been on medication for this for last 10 years,this helped him in controlling himself from washing his hands too much.
