Brief Answer:
Regarding your genital skin lesion

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern and I have viewed the image.
Seems like a patch of either lichen planus or Lichen Simplex et Atrophicus (LSeA). Both of these are itchy conditions
I suggest you apply a moderately potent topical steroid e.g mometasone furoate 0.1 %ointment, twice daily. It is a prescription product and I advice you to kindly upload to your local practitioner for a prescription of the same.

Brief Answer:
Use a topical steroid cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
No. Miconazole nitrate is a topical antifungal whereas this is not a fungal infection. I suggest you to apply a topical moderately potent steroid cream e.g mometasone furoate 0.1 %cream Or triamcinolone acetonide 0.1 %cream, twice daily. These are prescription medications.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
The rashes that you get in the folds,/creases are due to heat, humidity, sweating - candidal Intertrigo. You may use a topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1 %cream Or clotrimazole dusting powder for those areas. Whereas this thing on your penis looks different from the fungal infection. It is not sexually transmitted. It may remain stable, improve or worsen. I suggest you to apply a topical moderately potent steroid cream, as suggested earlier.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Just check if Daktacort cream is combination of miconazole nitrate and hydrocortisone. Hydrocortisone is a mild topical steroid. If yes, I think you may use this cream. It may serve the purpose.
