I would like to know following things from you to help you better.
Since when this problem is there? Is it there whole day or sometime? Have you any burning sensation during discharge or urination? Do you have any problem in urination? Are you married or not?

For premature ejaculation: Medicine and sex counselling would be helpful.

In medicine paroxetine, clomipramine and depoxetine are the useful medicines. Depending upon problem severity initially it should be taken and then only as and when required under medical supervision.

Considering your age I think your premature ejaculation problem would be more due to psychological reason. So I will prefer sex counselling, stop and squeeze technique and may be Master & XXXXXXX Technique.

There are two possibilities:
Either it is drops of urine which remain in urethra and comes out due to gravity or it may be lubrication fluid which normally secreted during arousal. In second possibility reason may be you do not have sex or masturbation for a week or more and due to excessive semen in seminal vesicle this fluid may come out due to pressure when you urinate.If no burning , no pain and it is not wetting your clothes up to frustrating level, no need to consult the doctor for that.

In ayurvedik I am aware about medicine for erectile dysfunction but not for premature ejacualtion(PME). And as far as I know there is nothing for that in ayurveda but still you can consult ayurved doctor for the same.

Medicines which I have narrated in previous answer are with least side effects and most of the patients do not feel any significant side effects. If I were your treating doctor I would like to go for clomipramine 10 mg.

As PME defined as "before female partner reach to orgasm ejaculation occurs during sex", I would like to know few things if you can tell," As you are not married, how is there problem of PME? Are you doing sex with your girlfriend? If yes in which place and circumstances?"
As in many cases when person attempt sex in some apprehensive situation problem of PME occurs due to psychological disturbance and medicines would not be required for the same.

Hi,

For discharge problem, I think you should go for urine examination and also that discharge testing.After reports some conclusion can be made.

And for PME , you should consult a sexologist/psychiatrist as it requires detail counseling and medicines.

Attention to breathing is not the solution, there is some problem in method.
You must start tablet after consulting doctor and taking written prescription. may be you do not need medicines , if problem solve with counseling only.
If feasible, preferably go with girlfriend for consultation.
