What Causes Irritation And Itching Of Penis?

Candid-B cream; avoid all dettol & soaps
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
I understand your anxiety & urgency.
The itch we can address later...it was either a fungal infection or a herpes simplex infection depending on what the lesions looked like then & if you were sexually active before the onset of these lesions & if so, when & after how long did these lesions develop.
For the moment, you seem to have caused 'chemical burns' to the area.
Please use Candid-B cream twice or 3 times daily for 2 days & this should help calm the lesions. It contains a steroid so avoid use for more than 3-5 days maximum. Then switch to a plain antifungal cream called nizoral (2%ketoconazole) applied twice daily for a week.
Also do take 1 or 2 tabs of Levocetrizine (Xyzal) at night for 3 days or so to provide symptomatic relief for the itch & irritation.
This should sort you out if it is a fungal or allergy & not related to sexual activity.
Good Luck & Hope this works well for you. If in XXXXXXX please do call on me after the weekend at XXXXXXX Hospital to follow up. Cheers.

Hi there.
I have seen your digital upload.
Yes, masturbation & friction, application of any oils or condom allergy from using a lubricated condom can all present in this manner as can a fungal infection. This does not mean masturbation is bad or to be avoided..definitely for 1 week yes till this quietens down, then you can figure out what is 'irritating' the region.
I trust you have taken my advice & it is getting better. Once the lesion calms, please use the 2% ketoconazole cream I suggested.
God Luck & Godspeed.
