Brief Answer:
It is mostly due to dryness of throat.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your concern.
Prolong talking can cause dryness in throat. And it is more common in summer.
This dryness can cause irritation in the throated coughing.
So better to drink plenty of fluids orally.
Also drink water immediately after prolong talking.
No need for mucolite if you are having dry cough.
Mucolite is expectorant and usually given in cough with expectoration, not given in dry cough.
Please let me know
1. Since how many days you are having this problem?
2. Do you have dry cough?
3. Do you have expectoration?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
