What Causes Irritation In Urethra With Painful Urination After Oral Sex?
Question: Hello Doc.
I have few questions .
I just got another UTI , I feel little irritation in Urethra slight
itching , very mild burning sensation. Unfortunately I get them after receiving
oral sex from some hookers . They are upscale hookers ( not street walkers )
Usually I get that burring feeling same day of exposure and it continues on from there .
Anyway , I have some medication at home and I do not know what to use
I really feel stupid going to see my doctor cause I've seen him twice last year .
I know he'll tell me to stop fucking prostitutes and I wont need drugs.
I get it . I am addicted to beautiful women, what can I tell ya . But anyway , what's done is done .
In my cabinet I found 6 tablets of Bactrim DS 500 from last time and
I have about 30 tablets of Amox Clav 500.
My questions are :
1. what is a minimum dose of Antibiotics I can take to clear this problem , will one or two pills be enough ?
2. which is best for me to take Bactrim or Amox clav ?
3. I have friends that get blow jobs all the time and they don't seem to get UTIs
Why do I always get them ? Do I have more sensitive Urethra or something ?
Is there anything I can do or take to help me to prevent them ?

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed itching of urethra with burning urination and irritation after having oral sex from sex worker.
Oral cavity is natural habitat for plenty of bacterial flora hence it is very common to get infection (UTI ) after oral sex .
You Bactrim and Amox Clav with you .Since you have adequate quantity of Amoxiclav with you you can take it twice daily for 10 days .
In masturbation there is no direct contact or transmission of bacteria from any source hence it is uncommon to get infection due to masturbation .
