This is due to bacterial infectial

Hi dear.Thanks for the prompt response.
Its due to bacterial infection especially due to lack of aeration.Definitely not thrush. I would treat you with topical antibiotic cream Fusiwal (Fusidic acid 2% cream) which is available over the counter twice daily for 5 days after bath.
Keep the area dry.

In the united states they dont offer that cream do you think a bacteabicin or neosporin will work?
