What Causes Itching All Over Body, Stomachache, Orange Urine And Yellow Stool?

Question: I am itching all over. My urine has turned an orange color and my bowel movements are yellow. I'm having trouble with stomach pain from time to time and have to watch carefully what I eat. My gallbladder was removed in 1979. I'm very weak and have a lot of discomfort on my right side under the rib cage. Any ideas what this can be?

I had a ct scan in September which showed no abnormalities. Could it be cancer?
