Scabies usually spreads through close contact and involves more of Web spaces of hands, axilla, back , genitals. Diagnosis is based on good clinical examination. I would suggest you to consult your Dermatologist for detailed examination and discuss with him possibility of Scabies. Alternatively you can send me clinical photograph of any skin lesion you have noticed at site of itching.
