There is no cause for worry.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. The ear canal is very delicate and hence cleaning with dry cotton can cause bleeding.
2. Sometimes ear wax is mistaken for blood and sometimes the blood is due to a pre-existing ear infection.
3. Get her ears examined by an ENT Specialist. You can share the examination findings here for discussion on treatment options.
4. Children also have adenoid enlargement which may cause them to insert foreign bodies into the ear canal in an attempt to alleviate itching, pain and blockage in the ear. Hence a lateral skull X-ray for adenoids is advised.
5. Soliwax is unlikely to cause a problem as long as the ear drum is intact. Let your ENT Specialist decide the medication. Does she have any other symptoms?
6. I must emphasise that there is no cause for worry. The ear heals quickly after any injury. The best way to use an ear bud is to hold it one centimeter from the tip and then gently use it in the outer ear canal.
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.
Regards.

Yes, you should seek medical attention.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for writing back.
1. Yes, it is still recommended that you get a local ENT Specialist to check her ears with an otoscope, endoscope or microscope.
2. The X-ray should also be done. You can upload the image here along with the examination findings. Hearing tests (audiometry) can be done.
3. If these are normal, there is no cause for worry.
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.
Regards.
