Brief Answer:
You can use Ring guard.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Since when is the problem?
Could be a fungal infection.
I suggest you use ring guard for a few days.
But please do ensure that there is no break in skin as these ointments should not be applied on mucosa. They are meant only for skin application. I have seen the picture you have sent and it seems fine to apply Ring guard. Also please ensure that you wash the area with soap and water atleast twice a day and dab it dry. Don't let it stay wet for long period. It should recover within a few days. Avoid scratching it so that it does not recur and use loose under clothing.
Take care and do let me know if there are any queries on this issue
