I have a question. The tip of my penis hurts and has been itchy sometimes and my bowel movement does not feel comfortable. I took some test for stds and they came back negative.Which medicine would you recommend me to take

Get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily along with urine alkalizer thrice daily.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Thank you for your answer. I have done a lot of blood and urine test. I tested negative for HIV, Chlamedyia, gonorroheae, HSV2, RPR but tested positive for HSV1.
My symptoms are: itching, burning, and sometimes painful sensation at the tip of my penis. I also realized that my bowel movement is kind of off. I feel a little of burning around there as well. Do you think my symptoms still relate to an inflammation of Urethra and that the best medicine for it is Cefexine and Diclofenac and urine alkalizer?
