Brief Answer:
Probably an allergy but no one can pinpoint this without some more work!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I have reviewed this information fully. You are clearly allergic to something. No one can tell what it is for sure without painstaking evaluation.

1. Keep a record of all the times you have this reaction and what products/meals/etc were being used including the period of the day and year.
2. Review the list to see if there is something common to several episodes.
3. Proceed to eliminating one at a time to see what impact it has.
4. We may also do testing at the hospital to identify what you are allergic to. However, this is so vast and never exhaustive. The previous steps can however narrow this down.
5. In the interim, using steroids and Zyrtec can help address this the symptoms until the cause is identified and managed.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
