Brief Answer:
It might be contact dermatitis, calamine lotion and oral antihistamine

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query and the pictures.
I would like to know is there any history of injury?
Are you bitten by any insects? Is there any visible lesion?
Are you having any medical illness like hypertension, diabetes?
It would be better if you can upload the pictures of both leg together, it will give me a idea how severe your swelling is.

Presently based on the information and the pictures, to me it seems that there is an allergic component. involved. Allergic reactions/ contact dermatitis are some of the most commonly reported causes. In your case they are the most likely.

Getting your blood count (I am specifically looking for the eosinophil count) and IgE checked during such an episode would help in confirming.

Presently, I would have suggested you to wash the area with cool water and with mild soap like dermadew or dove. And apply calamine lotion locally and take an antihistamine such as hydroxyzine or levocetirizine for now. ( Take cetirizine tablet once daily for the next few days and it should help.)

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Take care.
