Hello ma'am,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I can understand your concerns.
I have gone through your history and it can be due to atrophic vaginitis, fungal infection ( yeast) and dermatitis.
You already apply monistat( antifungal) cream on it.
Itching is persistent or there some relief in it?
Is there any type of vaginal discharge and foul smell in it?
How long it is there?
Please give some more detailed information about it.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.
Regards

Hello ma'am,
I am so sorry for delay in my response but I was stuck somewhere.
Atrophic is also called senile vaginitis a condition in which epithelium starts thinning due to lack or low estrogen levels at your age.
Treatment of this to apply estrogen cream on it to relief the symptoms. ( after consulting with your doctor) .
The chances of yeast infection are low in your case.
So please consult a Gynecologist and get yourself examined and apply estrogen cream on it to see the difference.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.
