What Causes Itching Burning Feeling Around Tip Of Penis After Frequent Urination?
Question: hi, i was hospitalised due to weakness. so i was given so many saline and IV. now because of that, i went to urine so many times. now there is small wound types mark is there on the tip of the penies. and its burns and itching is there. I have taken cital syrup. but i want relief from this pain.

I have seen the attached picture.
You seem to have developed mild fungal infection over the glans region .
Such an infection is quite common after hospitalisation or after intake of antibiotics.
Apply a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole over the lesion twice daily for atleast ten days .
You might need a course of oral antifungals if lesion still tends to persist or increase .

hi, i have applied tbact ointment. and taken cital syrup. but i am not getting any help. request u to kindly suggest good ointment and medicine. cos when its touching to my underpant also, i am feeling pain
