What Causes Itching In Anus After Eating Sweets?
Yeast feeds on sugar, avoid sugar
Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
The simple fact that your itch increases after the consumption of sugar points towards a possible yeast infection. Yeast feeds on sugar, and everytime you feed on sugar, the yeast in turn gets food to survive and thrive, resulting in the increased itch at that point of time.
I would suggest a visit to the doctor who would physically examine you and confirm the diagnosis. Once this is done you will be prescribed topical anti-fungal creams/ointments, which should certainly help in relieving the itch within a few days.
For the time being keep the region clean and sry, avoid the consumption of sugar and food products containing it, try to find and consume grapefruit juice, milk kefir and apply coconut oil to the affected region till you meet your doctor.
I hope you find my response helpful and informative ma'am. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.
Best wishes.
As of such there is no infection in that area. Its completely fine. Itching means the sensation of worms. Normally it happened to the child's. its from my childhood and even not increased and not decrease.
Let us rule out parasite infections as well
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again and thank you for your response.
Yes, parasite infections are a possibility, but can be confirmed only with a stool examination, blood investigations (serology and blood smear), an endoscopic examination and a physical examination as well.
I only suspect a yeast infection due to the increased itching sensation after the consumption of sugar.
A parasite infection since childhood seems unlikely ma'am. Although there exists a possibility of the parasite infections coming intermittently due to the diet and food available in your region. There exist various over-the- counter de-worming medications (eg. Mebendazole, albendazole, etc.) which should help rid you of any prevalent parasite infections. But if these do not help, then other possibilities will have to be looked into.
In the meantime, make sure you clean all the meat you consume properly and boil it before cooking it. Also make sure you clean your hands thoroughly before handling food.
I hope you find my response helpful. Please let me know if there is anything specific I can help you with. It would be my pleasure to help you.
Best wishes.
