Question: I have following issue which occurred there for a couple of month.

Hi,
You reported to have itching in rectum for couple of months. I need clarification on few aspects here.
1. Do you mean itching is on the skin area surrounding rectum or the itching over the bowel region?
2. Do you find any visible changes on the affected area?
3. Do you have any problem while passing stool?
4. Have you seen a doctor already?
5. Do you find any visible changes on the skin over the affected areas?
Looking for answers to aforementioned questions.

Itching not always, specially after changing cloth at night ,coming from office.

Hi,
Apologies for the late reply.
Honestly without a physical examination I am unable to determine what is causing your complains. However the closest possibility I think of is a fungal infection - Tinea cruris. I would suggest you try antifungal agent like fluconazole cream locally over the affected area. If symptoms don't reduce in a week, I will recommend you see a doctor.
Let me know how you feel after a week. In the interim please keep the area clean and dry.
