Brief Answer:
vulvovaginal candidiasis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
The presence of itching in the vulval region and vaginal opening is indicative of a fungal infection called vulvovaginal candidiasis. This can be confirmed with a vaginal swab culture test and shall require a course of antifungals, both orally and local application to control infection and itching together.
Please meet your gynecologist to get a vaginal swab culture done.
Regards
