Brief Answer:
Could be due to Candidiasis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your wife has itching and irritation in her vagina after passing urine.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Is she Diabetic ?
2) Is there any vaginal discharge ?
3) Is vagina red and tender(Painful)?
4) Did these symptoms started after intercourse?

These symptoms could be due to genital Candidiasis.

Please consult qualified Gynaecologist for clinical and per speculum vaginal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Routine Urine test and culture .
2) Swab test of a vaginal discharge
3) Blood Sugar Tests on empty stomach and post lunch after 2 hours after lunch to rule out diabetes.

In the mean while give her anti fungal medication like Fluconazole and antibiotics like Cefexime twice daily along with topical anti fungal jelly for local application .

Further treatment can be modified as per results of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
