Brief Answer:
Any skin lesions present?

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same .
I would like to know if there are any skin lesions in the area where you have itching. Is there any redness of skin or any raised lesions or any change in the skin compared to the surrounding areas.
If there is anything visible over the skin , kindly click some close up pictures of the skin condition and upload them here on this page .
However if there is nothing visible over the skin and still you are having itching and altered sensation , then a neurogenic cause is the most important reason.
