Brief Answer:
Management of contact dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, a dermatologist.
If I was his treating doctor I would recommend him to apply potent potent topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and liberal application of a moisturising lotion containing white paraffin on the entire body.
Along with this I would also recommend him to take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg twice daily along with another short course of oral steroids like tablet prednisolone 20 mg once daily for another week.
These all are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
