What Causes Itching On The Foreskin?
Question: I m 45 from bengaluru. nowadays my penis foreskin getting minor cracks and itching after few hours of sex. and get shrink. find difficult in pulling back. applied Candid B cream .. but itching is controled for a day and repeats. please suggest treatment. i do masturberate almost daily and do intercoarse often (not regular). minor cracks are happening while having sex and it pains.. so i get ejected early... but itching is after few hours

Perhaps you have a yeast infection i.e candida. I suggest you to take a tab fluconazole 150mg once daily for 3 days. Topically you may continue with candid B cream, twice daily for a week.
If your sex partner suffers from vaginal itching and discharge , treat her too similarly.
Avoid sexual contact for a week.
Since recurrent candida infection is a symptom of diabetes therefore I suggest you to also get screened for blood glucose.

Thank you for the advice. I continue candida B. but my fore skin is too shrieked I have pain in pulling back. this condition of shriking started since 10 days almost. but as you told the infection now almost 35 days, i will get checked up for Blood Glucose.
i will start fluconazole 150mg today.
