Hello! Thank you for asking HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your question.

You write that you have no discharge, no pain during urination but just itching.

Please can you give me some more information so i can have a clear idea of your situation by answering the questions below:

Do you have any sores, blisters , ulcer, rash, swelling or any other lesions in your penis?

Do you have itching all the time or in a certain time during the day /night ?

Did you use condom during the oral sex?

Your condition may be related to a yeast infection ( a local cream is needed ) ,trauma , allergy ( from soap, detergent) , STD (you are experiencing the first symptoms of a STD and further examination needs to be done to rule out any STD).

Thank you!

Brief Answer:
Possible allergy

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
Thank you for your clarification.
Possible allergy ,soap or any cream that you may use could be the cause .
Avoid using soap, clothes or something else that makes the itching worse.
Keep the area clean and if you don't feel any better or you start to experience other symptoms, a local doctor need to be seen .He / She wiĺl do a full evaluation , rule out STD and fungal infection .

Hope these are helpful.
Let me know if you have any further question, will be happy ti help .

It has now been two weeks since this itch started. The last few days have been ok. Still no blisters or anything like that on the tip of my penis. It doesn't hurt to urinate or anything like that. And there is no discharge. It's mostly bothersome in the evening and on and off during the day. Could this just be in my head after reading about all these stds?

Brief Answer:
Yes

Detailed Answer:
Hello again ! Thank you for follow up .

With alll the Information you gave me , it's unlikely that you have any STD, your symptoms don't indicate any .

Yes could be in your head since the itching without any changes in the area is more during the night and on and off during the day, when your mind is relaxed ( have time to think about itching). In this case try to relax and not to think to much about the problem.

I would recommend to follow the advice of any possible allergy ( see what happend after you use the soap , does the itching get worse ) and keep the area clean ( sometimes the bacteria and dust can be acummulated in your genitals ) have a shower before you go to bad .

Wish you good health.
