I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, it appears to be a case of chronic urticarial. Topical lotions alone wont help sufficiently. Oral anti histamines should be advised for 2 weeks to a month to see for improvement. If an infection preceded the symptoms then antibiotics can also be prescribed in addition.
